The Mission

To improve knowledge and understanding with regards to Executive Sciences and identify the key factors that contribute to maximising executive performance.

The Aims

• Lead the development of the field of Executive Sciences
• Generate and extend knowledge in executive performance through applied research
• Ensure that significant research findings are translated into practical guidelines to help inform executives and executive coaches internationally
• Assist in the development of evidence-based practice within the executive community.
• Promote lifestyles that enable executives to maximise performance appropriately.
